The house is within a walled area of ​​11,000 m2, the main house has 2,400 m2 and Annexes haystacks, barns, chicken coops block and 1,100m2. It has 28 hectares of land around the property between forest and crop fields.

The house is divided into three levels:

Ground Floor: entrance hall distributor, opposite the main entrance a large room with large open kitchen and barbecue, with access to the back of the house with a porch stone archway.

To the left of the main entrance of the house are two groups of cattle block, walk-out of the fields by side front door.

To the right of the hall are four rooms dedicated to working tools, warehouses and a water cistern. In this same area down through a staircase descends to the cellar of the house, where we found two rooms where the wine vats are housed.
